Deposits, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • A 25% Deposit is required for all services.
  • All deposits must be made with a credit card, which will remain on file for any rescheduling or cancellation fees.


  • Color appointments requiring 4+ hours of service time, All Extension Services, Bridal Services, Brazilian Blowout services, and Perms (Specialty Services) require a non-refundable 25% deposit. 
  • If rescheduled with 48+ hours' notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date within 60 days of the original service but remains non-refundable.


To provide the best service to all clients & avoid fees for non-specialty appointments, rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 24+ prior to the scheduled appointment.


  • First reschedule / cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice:                         
  • No fee – we understand life happens.
  • Second reschedule / cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice:                     
  • 50% of the service cost due.
  • Third and subsequent reschedule / cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice:       
  • 100% of the service cost.


When 24+ hours' notice is provided for services not included in our specialty services, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date, kept as salon credit or refunded.


  • All on-location services, including but not limited to Bridal and Event Styling, require a non-refundable 50% deposit. 
  • If rescheduled with 72+ hours' notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date within 90 days of the original service but remains non-refundable.
  • Travel and parking fees will be applied to your service total at checkout.


Late Arrivals

We have a 10-minute late policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, part or all of your services may need to be rescheduled. This may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees in accordance with our policy.


No-Call, No-Show 

A “no-call, no-show” significantly affects our schedule. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-call, no-show. A 50% fee will apply to general services and a 100% fee to specialty services.
