Jasmine is a TIER 4 Stylist, one of the top talents at Layla. With over five years at the salon, she continually elevates her craft, bringing unmatched expertise and artistry to each client she serves.

As our leading extension specialist, Jasmine's skill set includes everything from Hand-Tied Wefts to Tape-In extensions. Certified in Amplify, Bellami, and Hot Heads extensions, she is also Layla’s go-to blonding expert, known for her ability to craft luminous, natural-looking highlights, “rooty” blondes, and rich, dimensional brunettes. Her artistry and dedication create results that are effortlessly beautiful and tailored to each client’s unique style.

A San Diego native, Jasmine’s inspiration stems from her love of beachy, lived-in styles and the raw, organic beauty of nature. Since graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2016, she has focused on providing a luxurious and modern experience that leaves her clients feeling confident and radiant. Jasmine’s goal is simple yet profound: to ensure every client leaves with hair that practically styles itself.

Marina is a TIER 3 Stylist and an integral talent at Layla, where she has honed her craft over six years, bringing skill and dedication to every client she serves.

As Layla’s curly hair specialist, Marina transforms dull, dry curls into hydrated, bouncy, and beautifully defined textures. Known for her mastery of bold, vivid colors, she creates striking, personalized looks that reflect her clients’ unique styles. Marina’s expertise also extends to men’s grooming, and she’s renowned for delivering one of the best head and neck massages at the salon. As Layla’s only stylist offering perms, Marina excels in crafting both timeless and trendy textures.

Certified in Amplify tape-in extensions, Marina offers clients high-end, luxurious options to enhance their hair’s length, volume, and versatility. Her detailed approach ensures a seamless, natural result that feels entirely custom.

Additionally, Marina provides comprehensive grooming services with both men’s and women’s brow, nose, and ear waxing, helping clients achieve a polished, finished look.

As the salon’s in-house product knowledge educator, Marina ensures both clients and colleagues are well-informed on how to maximize results with the right products.

Born in Santa Barbara and raised in Las Vegas, Marina’s passion for beauty stems from her love of alternative fashion and music. Outside the salon, she enjoys cozy video games and a good cup of tea.

Rischala is a TIER 2 stylist at Layla, excelling in blonding and dedicated to mastering the latest techniques. Mentored by an established stylist and now flourishing under salon owner Tzigane’s guidance, her creativity is taking center stage. Inspired by her aunt’s work in the salon, Rischala has pursued her passion for hair from a young age.

After relocating to Las Vegas, she enrolled at the Aveda Institute, refining her skills in blonding and haircutting. From highlights and fashion tones to trending cuts, Rischala is passionate about helping every client feel great in their hair.

Her global experiences, including time in Australia, bring a unique perspective to culture and conversations. Quickly becoming known as Layla’s “social butterfly,” (which we love) she shines at networking events, building connections with clients and friends. Outside the salon, she enjoys relaxing with her “house hippo” and staying ahead of industry trends.

Carina is a TIER 1 stylist and a rising star at Layla. As one of our newer stylists on the floor, her career is truly taking off, and her enthusiasm for beauty shines in every service she provides.

Carina’s passion for beauty has been a lifelong journey, beginning with childhood experiments in hairstyling and makeup. After high school, she pursued cosmetology, transforming her love for beauty into a dedicated profession. With a budding expertise in color, Carina creates everything from soft, natural tones to bold, vibrant styles that give her clients confidence and radiance. Her services also include men’s grooming, where she brings precision and attention to detail in every cut.

In addition to her work as a stylist, Carina is a valued member of Layla’s Guest Relations team, always ready to assist with a warm smile and dedicated to enhancing each client’s experience. Known for her kindness and eagerness to learn, Carina’s commitment to growth makes her a wonderful asset to the salon.

Outside of the salon, Carina keeps busy backstage at fashion shows, exploring new places, or enjoying time at home with her beloved cat. Her sweet personality and genuine care make every appointment enjoyable, and we know you’ll love the time you spend with her!

Meet Melissa, Salon Director at Layla: A Social Salon. Born and raised in Southern California, Melissa's journey led her to Las Vegas in 2009 to pursue her passion for cooking at Le Cordon Bleu. With a background of 14 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, she sought a new direction. Having been a loyal client at Tzigane and the Layla team for 10 years, Melissa was drawn to the exceptional customer service. When the opportunity arose to join the team in guest relations, she eagerly accepted. As time passed, Melissa developed strong connections with clients, immersed herself in the vibrant team culture, and swiftly rose to the role of Salon Director.

Beyond her role at the salon, Melissa cherishes moments with her husband and their beloved dogs. A dedicated Disney enthusiast, she indulges in baking, exploring new destinations, and making the most of life's adventures.
